On Wednesday 22 May, Villene will deliver training on how to grow your business through the successful Brentwood Open Facebook group, which is supported by Brentwood Connected (the new Business Improvement District across Brentwood, Shenfield and Ingatestone).

Villene is passionate about supporting local and, on a daily basis, she works with Brentwood businesses and organisations on their social media, helps to run the Brentwood Open Facebook group and manages a number of popular events in the borough. We’re pleased to be able to share her expertise for the third time with our members looking for ways to reach local customers and clients through social media.

With more than 17,000 members, Brentwood Open has become the go-to Facebook group for local people asking for recommendations. Whether you’re a cleaning business, a cake maker, pet-sitter, or a plumber, this is an extremely active group and it’s highly likely your customers are spending time using it. With organic reach on Facebook being harder to achieve than ever, this is an opportunity to hear from someone who can share ways to engage these potential customers.
