Newsletter Submissions

Brentwood Chamber of Commerce produces a monthly newsletter with the latest Chamber news, event details, and important information from other key organisations in the Borough of Brentwood. And members can submit their articles for inclusion too!

Members interested in submitting an article for the Chamber newsletter – ideally something newsworthy and topical, that also outlines what you do as a business or organisation, and includes your contacts – should drop us a line indicating your interest or outlining an idea, and we’ll help you produce something the right length ahead of the next edition’s deadline.

Images: we can also sometimes accommodate an accompanying photograph, graphic or logo, depending on space in that particular edition. All images need to be high-resolution, otherwise they will not be good enough for the print edition of the newsletter. Please download our images Newsletter images file types cheat sheet as a PDF for further info – or discuss with us when we go over your submission idea if you’re not sure.

Copy deadlines: these vary slightly each month, but are roughly the middle of the month for inclusion in the following month’s edition.

Article length: for a feature article, between 250-300 words please. We’ll also happily accept any smaller items of news of information that you want to submit.
