Body Language or ‘non-verbal communication’ happens irrespective of whether we are aware of it. It is one of the most influential factors in successful (and unsuccessful) communication.
It therefore follows that if we increase our awareness of non-verbal communication, then we can utilise it to help us communicate more effectively.
