DESCRIPTION:Body Language or ‘non-verbal communication’ happens irrespective of whether we are aware of it. It is one of the most influential factors in successful (and unsuccessful) communication. \nIt therefore follows that if we increase our awareness of non-verbal communication\, then we can utilise it to help us communicate more effectively. \nColin Barber has spent many years studying and teaching communication skills\, and in this workshop he will share some revealing insights into effective non-verbal communication and how to understand body language.
