This will be a varied five-mile walk starting in Mountnessing (just east of Brentwood), passing through the edge of Ingatestone – and making a loop through pleasant farmland and countryside to return to the starting point at the car park.
There are plenty of pubs in the village, should you wish to go for refreshments afterwards.
Your walk will be planned and led on the evening by Goode Walks owner Julian Goode, an experienced Lowland Leader. You just need to turn up and immerse yourself in an evening exploring the local Essex scenery… as your walk leader helps you enjoy the great outdoors, taking in the natural sights and points of local interest en route.
The walk will be run at a relaxed pace so we can all enjoy the evening; with a reasonable level of fitness required.
