GET SET GROW will be delivered by a team of award-winning business coaches from The Consortium and is designed to help you grow (or start-up) your business through a blend of group business coaching, one-to-one mentoring and the exclusive Big Pitch event.
Businesses at any stage can apply for the free GET SET GROW programme, whether pre-start, start-up, or well established. You must be based in either Brentwood Borough or Rochford District to be eligible.
Each participant will receive 10 hours of completely free support and the opportunity to network with like-minded businesses
There will be 8 members in each cohort, with all sessions facilitated by an award-winning business coach. Harnessing the power of ‘action learning’, the coach will guide discussions to motivate, inspire, trouble-shoot and impart practical advice. Your peers in your cohort will join the discussions in the confidential environment.
You’ll be learning from experts and may also have the chance to pitch your business (or business idea) at ‘The Big Pitch’ taking place in spring 2024.
Prizes valued at £1,600 will be awarded to the top three rated ‘pitchers’. If you are selected for ‘The Big Pitch’, you will also gain exclusive access to financial experts and the British Business Bank’s portfolio of loans (subject to application).
