Despite a cold and frosty morning, 41 local businesses turned out in force for the first Brentwood Chamber of Commerce Business Breakfast of the year, held at the Brentwood Theatre.
The impressive turnout set the tone for what promises to be a strong year ahead for the Chamber, with a mix of long-standing members, new faces, and non-members keen to reconnect, build relationships, and explore opportunities for collaboration.
The event was hosted by the Brentwood Theatre team, who provided a welcoming venue and an excellent breakfast, creating an ideal environment for informal networking and meaningful conversations. Attendees represented a broad cross-section of local business, professional services, education, hospitality, charities, and the public sector, highlighting the diversity and strength of the local business community.
Members of the Chamber Executive Committee were also in attendance, reinforcing the Chamber’s commitment to supporting businesses across Brentwood and the surrounding areas. The morning focused on making genuine connections rather than sales pitches, with attendees encouraged to share referrals, request one-to-one meetings, and recognise positive work happening within the room.
The strong turnout — particularly for a January event — underlined the continued appetite for face-to-face networking and the value local businesses place on the Chamber’s Business Breakfasts as a practical, results-driven forum.
The next Brentwood Chamber Business Breakfast will take place on Wednesday 4th February at the SNAP Centre, Knights Way, and is expected to be a sell out!
