Entry Criteria
- The organisation must have been trading for a minimum of 12 months before the closing date (30 June 2019).
- For-profit and non-profit organisations may enter.
- The organisation must be based in the Borough of Brentwood or do business in the Borough of Brentwood and employ a minimum of 2 full-time equivalent employees.
- The organisation must be able to demonstrate how it has created a stimulating and supportive workplace, with motivated, trained, and ambitious staff.
- You must be available for judges to conduct an in-person interview during July or August. The interview may take place at your business premises or another convenient location.
- Closing date for applications 6th June 2021
