The organisation must have been trading for a minimum of 12 months before the closing date.

For-profit and non-profit organisations may enter.

The organisation must be based in the Borough of Brentwood or do business in the Borough of Brentwood and employ a minimum of 2 full-time equivalent employees.

The organisation must be able to demonstrate how it has created a stimulating and supportive workplace, with motivated, trained, and ambitious staff.

Your contact person must be available for our judges to conduct an “in person” interview during July or August. The interview may take place at your business premises or another convenient location.
