DESCRIPTION:Nuclear Races- FIT Rookies \nStaurday 18th July \nAn exciting outdoor fitness race designed for young athletes aged 9–15\, giving them the chance to take on a fun and challenging course built just for them. Combining functional fitness stations with short runs\, the race introduces the next generation to fitness racing in an energetic\, supportive and confidence-building environment. \nAges 9-11 \nDesigned as an introduction to fitness racing\, this age category focuses on building confidence\, coordination and love for exercise. \nLighter weights and shorter distances than the adult race ensure a fun and achievable challenge for younger racers. \nThey will undertake three 260m trail runs\, and six workout stations\, all designed to balance performance\, safety and fun. \nAges 12-15 \nA step up in intensity\, this category is designed for older racers ready for more of a challenge and strengthen the foundations for a healthy lifestyle. \nWith heavier weights and longer distances than the younger age group\, it’s ideal for those looking to push themselves and build on their fitness. \nThey will undertake three 380m trail runs\, and six workout stations. \nTo book go to: https://nuclear-races.co.uk/nuclear-fit/nuclear-fit-rookies/
