His career was in City banking where he was on a Divisional Board for NatWest/RBS. He represented the Bank on many national and international Boards and committees and became the Chairman of MasterCard UK. \nSince retirement\, he has been a magistrate\, and was CEO of Brentwood Chamber for over a decade. Mike became Chairman of BBP in 2017. He is also a member and past President of the Rotary Club of Brentwood a Becket. \nThe Brentwood Business Partnership had its origins in the Town Centre Partnership\, changing to the Renaissance Group in around 2008; and repurposed itself in 2017 to become BBP. Its aim is to help create the economic conditions for Brentwood (Borough) to become increasingly thriving for business\, visitors and residents\, through a partnership between local business\, Brentwood Council and key local organisations. \nWe hope you are able to join us and please contact us if you would like to hold your own Member Spotlight. \n
